1. Another Brick in the Wall: Laws Allowing Frifolous Lawsuits Against the Firearms Industry will LIkely Be Deemed Unconstitutional
A bill that allows for frivolous lawsuits against the firearms industry is sitting on the Governor’s desk. Here is a video from firearm attorney Mark Smith discussing a new unanimous U.S. Supreme Court ruling that should be helpful in overturning such a law should it go into effect here:
2. VCDL's First Online Auction to be Announced on Wednesday Morning
Watch for a VCDL-ALERT on Wednesday for a product review and associated virtual auction to raise money for VCDL’s upcoming court battles! Other items will be auctioned over time as we receive them.

(By the way, the “Assault Weapons Ban” bill that is sitting on the Governor’s desk becomes law July 1, 2026, unless she vetoes it.)

4. Member has Vote Stolen, Check ot Make Sure Yours Has Not Been!
One of our members went to vote on the gerrymandering ballot, only to be told he already voted early! This is a good reason to do early voting.
To check your voting status and voting history, click here.
Vote “NO” on the gun-controller’s attempt at gerrymandering.
5. Democrat Hopeful Running Against Warner Supports the 2A
Democrat Mark Moran is going up against gun-grabber Mark Warner in a Democrat primary. Any voter can vote in a primary in Virginia, but you can’t vote in both primaries in the same election. So, for example, Republican voters could vote in the Democrat primary for the midterm elections, but they cannot also vote in the Republican primary for the midterms.

8. A WArning from a Bosnian Genocide Survivor
15 survival lessons learned from a Bosnian genocide survivor. He starts with Lesson No. 1: Be really well armed and well organized.
As Nick Freitas said, “I did not lose my guns in a boating accident. I still have them and I’m not giving them up.”

9. Only Law Enforcement Should Have Guns?
This article says one of Jill Biden’s Secret Service agents shot himself in the leg at an airport, but doesn’t mention how that happened:
This article says he was re-holstering his gun when he shot himself in the gluteus maximus:
Okay, now WHO posted this on X? “Rumors are also swirling that Jill Biden was telling the agent about how she met Joe Biden, and after the story dragged on for a bit, the agent shot himself.”
