Cell phone numbers for every passenger are mandatory.   The bus captain MUST be able to reach you if there are any changes!


Each bus costs VCDL in excess of $4,000, and we only recoup about half of that IF THE BUS IS FULL!  For that reason, we are accepting bus sponsorships to help defray the costs.

It is vital that we know how many people are planning to use these buses.  By signing up in advance you guarantee your seat, as well as help us gauge need.  Pickup points are subject to change, so please supply a valid email and cell phone.  Cell phones are mandatory in case someone does not make the pickup point in a timely manner or there is a last minute change in boarding location. You must reserve your seat by 1/14/2026.  WE HAVE EXTENDED THE DEADLINE TO 1/16/2026 AT 11:59 P.M. The form will allow you to pay now or select "Bill Me".  If you pay now and the bus is cancelled you may request a refund.  Please be aware that seats are not guaranteed until they are paid.
