What is VCDF?

The Virginia Citizens Defense Foundation is a charitable organization dedicated to funding lawsuits to defend the Right to Keep and Bear Arms, and educating the public about that right.  Importantly, you can deduct VCDF contributions on your personal tax returns.

Due to the current political climate in the Virginia General Assembly, it is hard to get any good gun laws passed or any bad gun laws repealed. Our next best option for overturning bad laws is to file lawsuits. Going to court to fight for our rights is extremely expensive, but overall it is working for us. 

The more money we have to cover our legal expenses, the more lawsuits we can have running concurrently. This means a faster restoration of our basic human rights.

Per state law, VCDF's financial statements are available upon written request from the Office of Charitable and Regulatory Programs. Please rest assured we will work very hard to make wise and effective use of the funds entrusted to us! Just click the image below to help with this worthy cause.
