2. ammoland's coverage of the jay jones clown show

https://www.ammoland.com/2025/12/jay-jones-tries-to-hijack-virginias-gun-laws-before-hes-even-in-office-critics-warn-video/

EXCERPT FROM THE ARTICLE:

Why This Matters

If courts let politicians act like elected officials before they are sworn in, Virginia would no longer have clear lines of authority.

And this is not a one-off accident — it matches Jones’ pattern of behavior and controversies already surrounding his candidacy.

Who Is Jay Jones? A Growing Record of Alarming Behavior

Long before this filing, Jones was already under heavy scrutiny:

  • He was convicted of reckless driving at 116 mph.
  • He is under investigation for allegedly lying to a court to avoid jail time.
  • He sent texts suggesting putting “two bullets to the head” of GOP Speaker Todd Gilbert (Fox News).
  • He wondered whether Gilbert and his wife were “breeding little fascists.”
  • He allegedly told a lawmaker in 2020 that “a few police officers dying” would reduce police shootings (Virginia Scope).

3. VCDL's lawyers file a resonse to jay jones's attempt to usurp power

Our attorneys have filed a response with the Court in reference to Jay Jones trying to usurp power from Attorney General Miyares.

I have just learned that Attorney General Miyares has filed a response as well. Miyares told the Court they should ignore the Jones motion as Jones is not the Attorney General.

I don’t see how the Court could accept the Jones motion, but we will know soon enough.

8. gun sales surge in virginia ahead of democrat takeover

9. how veterans can push back against anti-2a vf2 posts

A VCDL member sent me this:

As a retired veteran Master Sergeant, I also strongly share retired CW3 (Ret) Dennis J. O'Connor’s concerns about this VFW Post in Florida and there could be many others across the USA. I suggest to Dennis and to the VCDL membership to contact the VFW National Commander and maybe he/she can insert some pressure. The information site / link is below. Additionally, Dennis’s letter should be shared with others such as NRA, GOA, 2d Amendment Foundation, etc.  [PVC: His letter was shared with Florida gun-organizations.]

10. traffic-stop trip wires that gun owners should watch for

11. what can government do to you if you are an unarmed subject and not a citizen?

Anything they want, as England has just reminded us. In this case a British subject posted a photo of him legally shooting a regular shotgun on a trip to the U.S. In turn, the British crown put him through hell when he returned. Tyranny requires the populace to be helpless.

12. some states now require public schools to teach gun safety

13. spotsylvania county school policy changes

From a memo to family and staff: effective immediately, all Spotsylvania County non-instructional buildings, including Administrative Services and the School Board Office is a self-defense-free killing zone.

Security theater includes an AI-based weapons detection system.

Sounds suspiciously like the School Board is planning to do things that the public is not going to like.
