3. VCDL's lawyers file a resonse to jay jones's attempt to usurp power
Our attorneys have filed a response with the Court in reference to Jay Jones trying to usurp power from Attorney General Miyares.
I have just learned that Attorney General Miyares has filed a response as well. Miyares told the Court they should ignore the Jones motion as Jones is not the Attorney General.
I don’t see how the Court could accept the Jones motion, but we will know soon enough.

9. how veterans can push back against anti-2a vf2 posts
A VCDL member sent me this:
As a retired veteran Master Sergeant, I also strongly share retired CW3 (Ret) Dennis J. O'Connor’s concerns about this VFW Post in Florida and there could be many others across the USA. I suggest to Dennis and to the VCDL membership to contact the VFW National Commander and maybe he/she can insert some pressure. The information site / link is below. Additionally, Dennis’s letter should be shared with others such as NRA, GOA, 2d Amendment Foundation, etc.

11. what can government do to you if you are an unarmed subject and not a citizen?
12. some states now require public schools to teach gun safety
13. spotsylvania county school policy changes
From a memo to family and staff: effective immediately, all Spotsylvania County non-instructional buildings, including Administrative Services and the School Board Office is a self-defense-free killing zone.
Security theater includes an AI-based weapons detection system.
Sounds suspiciously like the School Board is planning to do things that the public is not going to like.
