BREAKING: Friday's hearing for the awb injunction
has been cancelled
BREAKING NEWS: The Lancaster County Circuit Court judge has CANCELLED Friday’s hearing on VCDL/GOA’s temporary injunction request for the “assault firearm” ban and carry prohibition.
The judge based that decision on wanting to see what happens with the attempt by Jay Jones to consolidate the four AWB lawsuits.
The cancellation is disappointing, but our lawyers have filed a motion to reinstate the hearing.
For now, we are standing by as that motion to reinstate and other things are in progress.
