Here is the current list of Commonwealth Attorneys who are honoring their oath of office to protect the good people in their jurisdictions from unconstitutional infringements on their right to keep and bear arms.  Remember that they stood up for the Constitution and gun owners when they are up for reelection:

Dayna K. Bobbitt, Patrick County

Rob Cerullo, Powhatan County

If you love hypocrites and double standards, you’ll love Delegate Joshua Cole, who now, suddenly wants Commonwealth Attorneys to uphold all laws. Funny, he is OK with CAs not enforcing marijuana laws and not enforcing laws violated by illegal aliens. The CAs are constitutional officers in the Executive Branch of government, and they must have discretion in order to be able to function at all. The General Assembly, which is the Legislative Branch of government, trying to tell the Executive Branch of government how to do their job would create constitutional separation of powers issues.
