New member portal
Members must create a new portal account
VCDL has moved to a new provider
You may notice some changes on the VCDL website. That is because we've moved to a new provider. We hope this creates a more enjoyable member experience for everyone.
There are some important things to note. First, you must create a new member portal account. Please use the same name and email as your membership so that the system will match your portal account to your member profile. We're working on importing your transaction history going back to when you first joined!
To create your account, click the LOG IN button at the top of the page. Click CREATE NEW ACCOUNT and enter your information. Follow the prompts from there.
Once you log into the member portal, click on YOUR MEMBERSHIPS to view your current and prior memberships. To renew, go all the way to the right and click the RENEW link. If you want to change your member type, use the drop-down list in the top right corner. Changing your member type before your current membership expires will overlap the membership terms!
Some of the pages on the new site still need work! We are still building the site, so some pages are not live yet, and others are a work in progress. The VA-Alert list is NOT in chronological order! We are working to correct that issue.
The member forum is also a work in progress. We're still organizing the forum. It's based on the Discourse platform. If any of you are familiar with Discourse and want to help moderate the platform, please reach out to me.
We welcome your feedback on the new site. Our objective was to make the member interface more user friendly. We hope you enjoy your member experience, and look forward to your feedback.
