LEGISLATIVE UPDATE
We thank Delegate Pogge for dropping HB 1741, which, as drafted, was severely flawed.
As we expected from the beginning, Delegate Johnson's restaurant ban repeal (HB 1821) and K-12 school carry bill (HB 1822) and Delegate Carrico's teeth for preemption bill (HB 1655) have been re-referred to the House Militia, Police, and Public Safety committee from the House Courts of Justice committee.
