Three Senate Committees (Courts of Justice, Finance, and General Laws) voted on the firearm related bills below.  In addition, the Joint Rules Committee voted on one firearm related rule.  For Committee votes, only the members of those Committees could vote, and thus no votes are shown for Senators not members of the applicable Committee.

SB 48-1
= SCOJ Committee vote on SB 48 (the bill that requires all private sales at gunshows to go through a dealer for a background check).  A vote AGAINST this bill is a pro-gun vote.  This bill was REPORTED out of the SCOJ Committee by a vote of 8-7.
